Hello, I'm Kylie Foreman, TLCD. I'm a homeschooling Mama of three kiddos. I'm married to the love of my life & we're raising our family under the Northern Trees on the Coast of Oregon. When I'm not attending births I love to read and write, hike with my family, do yoga, ground in nature & spend time caring for our pets, including our backyard chickens.
As your Doula, I will work by your side as you prepare to give birth; present in each moment with a spirit of love and compassion. I’ll provide the emotional, educational and physical support you need not only during labor, but throughout your pregnancy and postpartum as well. With my uniquely customized plan for you and your birth, I will help you to achieve the most desirable birthing experience possible & transition softly into a calm and nourishing postpartum period.

I offer evidence-based knowledge, supportive and constant compassionate care prenatally, and postpartum. Let me be there to advocate and hold space for you on one of the most important days of your life. When you feel supported and safe in your decisions, you can do anything. From the ever changing season of pregnancy to the blissful foggy newborn days, (and all those labor waves in between!) I will be there to ease the transition for you and your family.

In the unexpected event that I am not able to attend your birth for any reason, I work with a wonderfully compassionate and professional back up Doula, Sarah from my Doula Collective, North Star Doula, who understands my values as a Birth Worker. She understands the services I offer & will be familiarized (with permission) with your birth plans and she will honor those under me, as well as incorporate her own lovingly crafted care.
